"My experience in the Emergency Department"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

I recently had cause to take my grandchild to ED at Busselton District Hospital. I felt the triage nurse on at the time was abrupt and rude at times appearing to show little compassion or empathy. Having worked in healthcare for many years, I felt embarrassed to admit I was a member of the same profession.
