"Terrible Emergency Department experience"

(as the patient),

Recently went to Albany Hospital Emergency Department. The staff that we saw took hours to help anyone, and I felt that they didn't care about patients. We were waiting all night. I felt staff were unhelpful and uncaring. Terrible. Needs fixing.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post about your experience at Albany Health Campus. We value the feedback we receive from our community as it helps us to identify potential areas for improvement.

Patient numbers at the Emergency Department have been very high over Christmas and New Year and the staff in ED have been working very hard to care for all patients attending over this period. I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the care you received.
