"Friendly and helpful Emergency Presentation and admission at Bunbury."

In October I presented to Bunbury ED with severe abdominal pain. Immediately I was taken into see the triage nurse who then took me straight into the main department. From the onset the staff I saw were professional, friendly and helpful. I was promptly assessed and given pain relief. Test were ordered and investigations commenced. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I developed an allergic reaction to some medications and this was dealt with ease and care. I cannot commend the staff including doctors, nurses, PCA’s and general staff for their care and consideration towards not only myself but my husband and children also.

Dear Dr Coulson,

Thankyou. I cannot commend your staff highly enough. You should be very proud of the team of doctors and nurses you have. I can safely say that if I am ever in need of care again at your ED I hope they are there to lend a hand.
