(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the nursing staff I saw from the Orthopedic Ward at Ipswich Hospital. You where all so lovely and helpful; you made my stay there so much easier, I loved your smiles and conversations you shared with me. And Chrystal with her daily Christmas hair band changes that put a smile on my face. Thank you all.

The catering staff went beyond to help cater for my special needs, thank you.

To Richard the physiotherapist, you were amazing, you were super supportive and so very caring. Thank you for your expertise. I meant to let you know I arrived home safely in the not so comfortable position lol

Merry Christmas to you all.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We are delighted to hear that our staff were kind, friendly and took the time out of their busy days to have conversations with you.

We are also very happy to hear that our operational support staff cared for you so well and will pass onto the Physiotherapy Department your kind words about one of their outstanding staff members.

We are very proud of our nursing team in the Orthopaedic Ward and the culture of caring they have developed.
