I had an appointment to see a surgeon at Northern Hospital. I handed in the referral letter at reception and sat and waited for my appointment time. After almost 2 hours my friend who took me went to the desk to see how much longer the wait might be only to find out my name was not on doctor's list to see me that day. We both were not very happy to be told this. We were told they would ring me to re-schedule.
"Two hour wait in outpatients not to see the doctor at the end of wait."
