"Too busy to listen"

Rang MRI department to alter the time of my appointment as recently moved from large city to regional Victoria, so the appointment I had was not going to work. During  initial discussions with the receptionist, I advised of the move hence my request to move the appointment time and asked if I could update my details. I was told she would only do that after adjusting the appointment, was then told the scan I required was only done early morning, late evening or weekend and seeing I didn't live locally would need to have it on the weekend and then put me on hold. She came back, told me the appointment time and that I would get a letter in the mail and hung up. Lucky I still have mail redirection otherwise no point in sending me a letter as I never got a chance to update my details!
