I have been trying to contact my father who had an operation in this hospital. The staff that answer the phone can't understand what it is I 'm saying and I have been cut off 4 times trying to get through. Surely it isn't that difficult to get a message or hand a phone to a patient so you can find out how they are.
What are my taxes paying for?
