"My Dad"

My dad's partner had passed away and he was finding it difficult to cope.

We were contacted by Els from HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program) after Dad had spent time in hospital.

I don't know what we would have done without the help of Els.

Even now several months after she had completed her time helping dad we are still very thankful for her help.

Els organised many things for dad to do and even picked him up and took him to the Men's Shed  and followed up on several activities that Dad might be interested in. All the time keeping the family informed of what was happening.
