"Operation schedule."

Operation booked for particular day and date. No time given or any other information.

 I called up the hospital to confirm date and time plus other information.  I was told that my operation was rescheduled to a different day and date and then given the time. They also said that they would contact me 2 days before the operation after 12.00 o'clock. At work the afternoon before the date of my scheduled operation the hospital called me and said I didn't turn up for my operation. They asked me why. When I told them what they told me days before, they said why would they do that? I said you tell me. So  now I have to wait a number of weeks for the first operation. Still no time  or other information given to me. In my opinion - what a damn joke.
