I have waited for over 30 minutes to advise that my husband was unable to attend for an appointment. I think you could improve this type of situation by having an email address that a patient may advise by email and thus take away the long wait and undue stress on your telephone staff. I have always received excellent care at the hospital, however, this is a big let down.
