"Experience at Nepean Private Hospital"

About: Nepean Private Hospital

(as the patient),

I found no difference between this and the public hospital! The room was basic, same terrible linen, no soap, no toiletries and same tasteless food.

Before being taken to the theatre I was made to lie in a corridor!

Although I had requested an overnight stay a month ahead and confirmed it the week before, they were not prepared! After fasting for more than 24 hours when I came to the admissions I had to stand there and sign some forms. They did not have the courtesy to offer a seat!

I had to ask for towels to have a shower.

I think all the money the funds paid is going to elsewhere and not for the comfort of the patients.

Dear Buddha,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We value all feedback and see it as a chance to improve our service. I am sorry to hear your experience at Nepean Private Hospital was not of a high standard.

I would like to offer you, once again, a most sincere apology that your experience in our hospital was less than desirable.

Regards,

Jill McEvoy-Williams

Director of Nursing
