Admission to Sale Emergency was excellent. I was diagnosed with pneumonia by my GP and advised to go to hospital. I cannot fault the attention I received. I was then transferred to the Medical Ward and again the attention was excellent. Tests revealed Influenza A and I was placed in quarantine for 5 days. I was in hospital a further 2 days. I still had lung collapse with severe breathing difficulties and low blood pressure yet was discharged. I believe I was discharged too early.
On a final note however - Sale Hospital serve the best food, it is first class. To any whingers out there go to other hospitals and see what you get. You do not know how lucky you are. Probably better than you eat at home! !
