"I need help for my loved on - urgent."

I cannot get to Adelaide being incapacitated, but my adult child has a major problem needing a hip replacement. My child has been on the waiting list for at least over 5 mths in severe pain, now the GP thinks it is fractured so after attending casualty today at the QE Hospital, my child was sent away with stronger pain killers that are addictive. My child runs their own business and carries heavy items. What can I do to get help for my loved one, they need surgery urgently before they are crippled for life. The consumer advisor is aware of this case and been great but now we need more, much more.
