"Feeling in control again after Springboard Day Program"

About: Communify QLD Lives Lived Well

(as a service user),

I did two years rehab and I prefer Springboard for the six week program in Brisbane. It helped me get back on track and even though I am not all the way cured I am happy to feel in control and getting better.

Sam and Daniel are awesome and they work well together.

Thank you for you comments about the Springboard Program and how it has helped get you back on track. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your thoughts.

Having done two years in rehabilitation programs finding an alternative program and signing up to it is very courageous. It is great that this style of program has helped get you on track, and while you know you still have progress to make, you are taking the steps to get there with renewed hope.
