We have left a number of telephone messages for the hospital to call us back, with no avail. Once we got onto the hospital there was an urgency to have a blood test done before surgery, which was done, only to yet again have to leave a number of messages which were not returned, about when the surgery was to be done. Once we finally got onto the hospital we were told we were not on the surgical list (yes, these are highly qualified professionals), only to be yet again told some one would call...
We are still waiting!
