(as a carer),

Lay Hoon went beyond her role to co-ordinate various departments at the Hospital in ensuring a procedure under special circumstances could be performed for a young adult with complex disabilities (the patient). Lay Hoon's pro-active and considerate actions enabled the patient to have the best possible care and outcome for which we were all very grateful.
