I was at an outpatients appointment for a physiotherapist. They were great in listening to me and the treatment plan took into account my carer's situation. I was so grateful for the referral to hydrotherapy.
Only problem was that as I left the hospital, I wanted to give this feedback. So I went to the front desk in the hospital and they said they didn't have feedback forms and I would have to WRITE a letter. I clarified and asked if this was the only way? Yes.
Oddly enough I don't have time to write a letter.
Hey Alfred Hospital, your front desk staff might want stop reading the 1980 guidelines and find a better way to answer this request.
"My desire to say thanks for the kindness and I appreciate your care."
