"Patient Assisted Travel Scheme- PATS Kalgoorlie"

About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus

(as a parent/guardian),

Since the birth of my last child I have had to make many trips to PMH- Perth. I have always been treated kindly and respectfully by the Kalgoorlie PATS office staff. One particular staff member stands out to me as being very efficient but always kind.

I have had other dealings with the Kalgoorlie PATS office before and they were not pleasant. I felt I was treated as though I was trying to somehow "cheat the system" every time I had to lodge a travel application form. This has not occurred for me for over three years.

Dear PATS,

I am really pleased to hear that your experience of the staff administering the Patient Assistance Travel Scheme has improved and for the past three years has been very positive. I will pass on your feedback to the staff in the PATS Office.

Thank you

Geraldine M Ennis PSM
