My mother was left reeking of urine while nurses ignored call lights to take her to the toilet.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on Patient Opinion. I would like to apologize for your and your mothers experience at Box Hill Hospital. This is not the level of care that I, or my family member, would like to receive and I am disappointed this was your experience.
