"Appalling rudeness from staff"

I phoned to enquire if my mother had returned from surgery. I had no expectation other than a yes or a no and if yes a simple she's ok.

Instead I was greeted with yes she's back, I'm already calling some other family member back and can you let me get on with my work.....

Just a tip nurse... if you don't like dealing with 'annoying' family members concerned about loved ones - it's time you found another profession!
