Walked into the Hillbank office to access information related to potentially volunteering. Client hopes to learn about how to support their significant other with their substance use. Client was provided with information about engaging with the program as a SO client and how the Drug ARM could help her family. The client walked away feeling like there was "hope" and support available for them. The team provided them with flyers about substance use, brochures about the program and emergency contact cards. All which were received positively by the client.
