This is just to say (quoted from a thank you letter):

Thank you for the outstanding care and treatment I have received from the doctors and nurses during my stay. I am an aged person and my treatment has been such that I have felt very safe and confident.

The attention to all the details of my treatment and recovery has been outstanding. I am very grateful. Thank you again.
