"Maroondah Hospital ED"

Thank you to the fantastic staff at Maroondah ED. I attended with my young child who had fallen on their arm and was experiencing significant pain. My child was quickly attended to by the triage nurse and settled into an ED bed where my child's pain was swiftly well controlled. The nurses Kelly, Keely and Christine were so very attentive and very intuitive when caring for a frightened child and a worried mother! I was kept well informed by Dr Daniel throughout the admission maintaining my confidence that we had come to the right place. I was grateful he took the time to gain a rapport with my child prior to any procedures making the experience less frightening for both of us. The Radiology staff should also be commended for their gentle care. Thank you Maroondah ED.
