"The Geraldton Feeding Team are essential."

I would like to acknowledge what an important asset the Geraldton Feeding Team is to the community. My 4 month old baby was referred to the Feeding Team to address the poor weight gain. The speech pathologist phoned me on the same day that the referral was submitted. We spoke for half an hour about my baby's current situation and scheduled a time within the same week to perform a home visit. The speech pathologist and dietitian spent an hour at my home to observe my child's feed and a check over. They were positive, encouraging and full of information which was reassuring as I'm a first time mum. The Geraldton Feeding Team are an invaluable resource to mothers and children in the community.  They are efficient, good communicators and positive to deal with.
