(as the patient),

The doctor was held up well over two hours, but the nursing staff were great couldn't give us a cuppa until after the op. but sat in in recliners until the Doc turned up.

Dear Great nursing staff

Many thanks for your feedback and so sorry to hear about the delay. However, I can see that you were well cared for whilst waiting for the doctor except you couldn't have a cup of tea (appropriate but annoying I know!). Nice to read too that at least you could wait in a recliner to make it as comfortable as possible.

I will pass your feedback on to the Sue (the manager) and ask her to pass that on to the team too.
