"New Access and depression"

New Access was incredibly important for me, I would have waited a lot longer to seek support for my depression if this program didn’t exist. I was able to make an appointment quickly and got help without feeling I had to question my right to that help. My coach was very calming and took everything I said seriously but didn’t catastrophise. I felt supported. I felt increasingly in control of my life for the first time in months. I learnt valuable skills that are helping me build a healthy path forward. I cannot adequately express how big a change those six weeks made to me. Thank you.
