"Respect shown by staff at Broome Health Campus ED department"

I recently had cause to visit the ED department at the Broome Hospital.

I would like to compliment the staff I came into contact with:

Millie on reception

Renee the Triage Nurse

and Dr Mathew and Dr Alex

I did not have to wait very long in the waiting area, however for the time I was there I heard both Renee and Millie speak to all the customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.

My treatment was thorough and reassuring.

I feel thankful to live in a country area with such a great resource as Broome Hospital and the staff within.

Many thanks and I hope the staff will receive some praise for their care of the people that come their way. Might I add, especially the day after the hospital Christmas party.

I also must add that it was very difficult to find an email address to send my compliment to. All I kept finding was the complaints page. So I hope this will be sent on to the appropriate management staff, and maybe the IT department could make the compliments page easier to find than the complaints.
