"Great work by Child Safety Intake"

Very recently I completed a notification of concern to the Department of Child Safety in relation to a client with Jude, a Child Safety Officer at the Far North Queensland Regional Intake Service. The following day Jude provided a fantastic email response, detailing the steps that would be taken in response to the information I provided and advised of further areas for investigation. In the many years of doing these notifications, I have never received such feedback. Working with Child Safety on this occasion has improved my ability to manage the client and promote safety for a vulnerable person. Thank you Jude for your timely and thorough response.
