"I have had nothing but problems with appointments"

My child had been under the RCH for dislocating joints for a year then the LCCH opened and I feel it's all gone to rubbish. My child had to present to them for at least two months to get into an ortho and physio and I have had nothing but problems with these appointments. Their physio is now no longer at the hospital so they haven't re booked my child to physio even after many phone calls to find out why. I have to get more referrals, why for a thing that they are already under a specialist is it necessary that the LCCH can only give a referral for? I have been to my doctor and they had suggested I go to a different hospital only for them to tell me to go to the LCCH. I cringe every time I have to go there due to what I feel is the lack of give a damn the staff I have dealt with seems to give to sick kids. It shouldn't matter if a parent knows what they are talking about, the child should be treated the same as others. I am dreading having to go there when my child dislocates again.
