My disabled adult child began living in supported accommodation through Multicap just over 4 years ago. There were several instances where my child's safety and happiness was compromised because of situations beyond Multicap's control. They notified me immediately -- and put my child's safety and well-being at the forefront. They have always been a happy child, but is now absolutely thriving in Multicap's supported accommodation care. We could not be happier with their living situation, the carers, who are more like family and my child's lovely roommate who is more like a sibling. Thank you ladies of my child's house for looking after them so effectively and efficiently. You are always there to listen, help, and deliver an amazing service that only comes with true dedication, professionalism and care. As a parent I know my child is safe and secure in your care and never worry about their well-being, safety and happiness when they are with you. This is a real testament to the level of trust you have earned over the years through mostly happy but sometimes challenging times that come with a teenager leaving home. We used to wonder what would happen to our child if something were to happen to us, now we know they will be fine as they are being looked after by such caring, kind and selfless individuals who are truly have my child's best interest at heart.
