"Micah Projects carers"

I have had a carer once per week for the past 3 years. The carers are supplied by Micah Projects and are people who attend a short training course at Micah. In my experience, the level of care has deteriorated over the last year or so. Sometimes nobody turned up at all to take me out. Other days the outing was agreed with my primary carers to be to a place and then the carer decides to take me somewhere else without any reason. Sometimes the times are shortened without notice by one hour or more because, it seems to me, the carer wants to go somewhere else. The latest carer took me to a big public event for the whole day (9am to 4pm) and walked away leaving me on my own, not knowing where they were or what to do. I suffered 3 panic attacks and cried that night at home. This was the final insult and Micah was cancelled after that.
