(as the patient),

I have recently come back to see Leanne after a couple of years, both Leanne and reception welcomed me back like old friends.

Leanne is exceptional at her job, she treats me as an equal and understands what it is that your trying to explain / say. Leanne also is very knowledgeable on things such as mindfullness, ACT etc
