"My battle with trauma and depression"

In the last 3 years I have a received little help in regards to my mental health, aside from being told the only reason I had these mental health issues was because of my weight.

The GP who reffered me to my current psych was the first not to mention my weight, which had been a side effect of the original medication I was prescribed. It was honestly amazing to finally have a medical professional not just tell me to go and shed weight, she listened to what I said, and understood what my needs were.

I've seen two psychs in my life, and both have been amazing. Both worked differently, but were helpful in their own ways.

My current psych is amazing. She is so helpful with everything she has been doing. I cant express the relief I have had from not only the GP but my psych.
