My medical history/ appointments were all up to date. After receiving bad news from my Cardiology Dr. I returned to my house and had a coffee to think and to take everything in. I had made a decision (If there is nothing that could be done to fix up my heart; why should I continue to keep up my hospital appointments) it's wasting my time.
I was getting worse my health suffered. My local GP wanted me to talk to some of his staff, to see if there is something that could be done to get me back on track. several telephone calls on the day. I was told to go home and wait.
I received a call from a Care Coordinator Kylie stating that she was coming to visit and will be bringing Brian from CTGT, to discuss what they can do to help. There was open and honest conversation. No lies, no promises, it worked.
Today I am back on top of everything without stress, I am finally enjoying my life and now I also feel for other people. I have spent some days driving around the Mountains without a care in the world, and making more plans. A holiday is starting to look good.
"Kylie wonderful at CCSS Program."
