D in the office keeps you updated of any changes as they happen and the girls which I name R and S are fantastic, great to talk with and are professionals at what they do they are not stuck up like some aged care service agents. They don't treat you like a number or job - it's smiles all the way. So in short if you are after a great Organisation to help with you or your family member look no further.
