I have been trying to get on with my life and my psychologist at Brisbane MIND has been just great. Supporting me, providing me with techniques, breathing techniques, and is really informative. So helpful, I needed to vent and she let's me. It just helps so much knowing I have that support. I don't have support anywhere else and it is so comforting to know that there is support available. She is a great psychologist and I really couldn't ask for better. There is more to say, but she is just so helpful, supportive, and there for me.
