Attended the Short Stay Unit for day surgery. It was very reassuring how courteous and welcoming all the staff were, from admission to nursing staff to porters to doctors. Everyone I met, without exception, introduced themselves - a simple thing but a big impact. Thank you to all for minimising the anxiety of the experience.
