Dear mum

Thank you for taking the time to write to us – your words mean a lot to us. We also think our staff in Day Surgery are brilliant and were glad to hear they were able to make your son’s care experience a positive one.

We know that coming to hospital can often be a distressing time for children and providing the best possible care for children and their families is very important to us.

We were particularly pleased to hear that out staff took extra steps to act quickly to decrease the stress your son may have been feeling.

We wish your son the best possible health and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
