(as the patient),

From the moment I met Dr David I sensed his competence and skill as a Doctor. It was confirmed when he reduced my fractured finger so I could avoid surgery with such skill, care and kindness. I cannot thank him enough. Such is his skill level I have mentioned him to Dr Sarah his Consultant. I feel someone who possesses the level of skill, care compassion and communication needs to be looked after and given every opportunity to develop his career.

Please pass this factual representation of what happened and my gratitude for a job well done.
