(as a parent/guardian),

My son had to visit the dental centre at Sutherland. He was complaining of a very sore tooth. At the clinic my son received care by two highly professional and empathetic staff. They made my son feel extremely safe for a tooth extraction, and also made me feel emotionally supported. I felt so seen, as it was difficult for both my son and myself to know he needed the extraction on that visit.
