The course was facilitated by expert psychologists, who explained topics and created a safe space for the participants to share struggles and achievements. The content was really useful with practical resources I could use right away with my daughter, to help her calm down after a big emotion. For example, a handout with faces containing different emotions, that she could choose from to represent how she was feeling, or a chart with illustrated activities she could choose to undertake, to calm down. I felt validated, and provided with constructive actions to take.
