As the saying goes, first impressions are crucial in any service. Nurses who are knowledgeble, dedicated and passionate about their work, like my nurse practitioner James and Susan, who visits me at home, are truly exceptional, no matter where they are.

James and Susan inspire me with their professionalism. While I must admit that I don't always remember or fully comply with their advice, they have left a lasting impression on me to strive for the best in caring for myself.

I am deeply grateful for this remote monitoring service in Prince Of Wales hospital, which tracks my blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level and weight. I never realized how important these readings are until I started living with heart failure.
