"Not being heard"

About: Bruce Rock Memorial Health Service / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I re presented to Bruce Rock ED for pain relief. I have a fracture of my sternum. I had been given scripts the day before for strong pain killers but unable to get the medication for 2 days due to supply issues.

I was told by the 2 RN'S that they'd have to redo yesterday's paperwork. They didn't appear happy about it. 

When they looked at my history they started a suicide risk assessment. They didn't ask me any questions but talked amongst themselves in a language I couldn't understand.
