(as a relative),

In my opinion, the nurses I saw in this ward are absolutely horrible. I feel none of the nurses we saw are empathetic at all. We have been in a different ward on a different floor and the nurses there was just amazing and caring and empathetic but when we got re-admitted, they’ve put my partner in this ward and I believe the nurses I saw are absolutely horrible, rude and in my experience, can’t really give the care that their patient needs
