"Appreciation"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Intensive Care Unit Bunbury Hospital / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

I was transferred to Bunbury Hospital after a complication elsewhere. I spent two nights in the High Dependency Unit and 7 nights on the surgical ward.

The care on both units by all those involved was wonderful: skilled/kind/compassionate and thoughtful. They looked after me, but also were very kind to my husband. This is my second admission to Bunbury hospital in about 3 weeks and I will be forever grateful.

Dear thankfulsurgicalpatient

I do hope you are now on your way to a full recovery. Two admissions in a relatively short time frame can be quite unnerving for any patient.

Thank you for your positive feedback, The teams really appreciate hearing that they have provided skilled, kind and compassionate care to their patients.

I will ensure your feedback reaches the teams involved in your care.

Once again best wishes for your recovery.

Thanks

Karen Horsley

Service co-Director
