I rang MHERL today for a mental health crisis for a loved one living with a psychotic illness and was told ATT were very busy doing home visits this weekend but they'll pass a message on.
I believe this is not good enough with no follow up what so ever and no communication from an ATT on call to say they had received my concerns. I think that MHERL may as well be called a the switch board that doesn't actually even connect you to anyone. Luckily my loved one hasn't suicided. What is the point of an emergency mental health line if it seems no one follows up!
"lack of support"
