About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Busselton ED staff who were present on Sunday evening.

I was assessed quickly, seen to, given a clinical plan that was executed well and in an efficient timeframe and was involved in my plan of care to a high degree.

I commend the nursing and medical staff who are often under the pump in this stressful crit care environment.

It is so great to hear that you were involved in your care plan so thoroughly. Outcomes are so much better when the patient is included and a central part of the plan.
