"Both Mum & Dad"

About: Hillside Lodge Korumburra

(as a relative),

Background - Apx 2.5 years ago Dad at 83 had a stroke after beating 3 different bouts of cancer over 20 years and then Mum at 82 deteriorated with a lung infection that wouldn’t budge. Moving forward to now I made contact with Hillside Lodge and found the Communication amazing and assistance second to none. Both Mum and Dad were by chance able to have respite at the same time which was a blessing for transition with Mum staying on.

Currently- The management and staff have been wonderful and the time and care taken by all the staff has just made the whole experience for us as a family a beautiful transition to the next chapter of my family's journey.  I have full confidence in their continued care and considerations for my parents health & welfare heading into the future which gives me the peace of mind and comfort to enjoy more of this life’s  journey with both of my parents.

Dear darella66

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback- it actually made me a bit teary and so proud of the staff at Hillside Lodge, as I know personally how hard it is when you parents are aging or unwell. I am so glad that you feel confident in the care they are receiving and that because of this you can enjoy the journey with your parents.

I will ensure we share this feedback with our wonderful staff.

Take care,

Lou
