The practice nurses at Panaceum Seacrest made my six month olds immunisations a breeze today. For a task they probably perceive as routine and trivial, I was impressed to receive such detailed information about the specific immunisation, possible adverse effects and management of these. Their distraction techniques worked well and enthusiasm for caring my baby was above and beyond.
