"Treatment for my first surgery"

To whom this may concern,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the successful emergency surgery performed by Dr Mark on my left eye and eyelid late last October at the Sydney Eye Hospital.

By coincidence, Dr Mark had performed surgery a few months earlier on someone known to me, and when he approached me to talk about my procedure before the operation I was filled with hope and confidence as I was aware as to his apparent extensive experience and qualifications.

I was very fortunate to have received such amazing care from a professional of his standing, thank you again Dr Mark.

Thank you to all the staff who assisted me that night and up until my discharge the next morning at Sydney Eye Hospital, they were all extremely caring and professional and I am so fortunate to have been able to be a patient in such an amazing hospital.
